The Darkness That is Twilight

I've gotta admit that Twilight Sparkle is absolutely one my favourite ponies to draw. But when it comes to my favourite characters in general, The Great And Powerful Trixie gets one of the top spots. Of course she has to share the podium with Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy, but that's still pretty good for a narcissistic side character.

I've always though that Trixie and Twilight make great rivals, even though Trixie cannot actually compete with Twilights skills in the show. That's why I decided to draw this "Duel of The Fates" type of drawing of the two of them.

This was drawn by hand with water soluble colour pencils, and finished with white gel pen.
